Bulk Video Generator: One Template, a Spreadsheet, Every Video
Design a video once, mark the parts that change as placeholders, and generate a batch from a CSV, one video per row. Rendered in the cloud, with an API when you outgrow spreadsheets.
Bulk Video Generator: One Template, a Spreadsheet, Every Video Features
EchoWave's automation is used by marketing teams, agencies and developers worldwide
Video at scale
The 40-video afternoon, reduced to a CSV upload
Localized ad variants, one video per product, per city, per name: the edits are identical, only the words and images change. EchoWave turns any project built in the video editor into a template with placeholder text and swappable media, then generates a video for every row of your CSV. Each column maps to a placeholder, each row renders in the cloud as its own video. When the spreadsheet stops scaling, the same templates drive EchoWave's rendering API, documented at echowave.io/docs.
-
1 template
Any editor project becomes a reusable template
-
1 row = 1 video
Every CSV row renders as its own personalized video
-
Text + media
Placeholders cover headlines, captions and replaceable media
-
API included
Render programmatically from the same templates
What you get
Templates, batches and an API that share one pipeline
Design like an editor, scale like an engineer.
-
Templates From Real Projects
No separate template language: build the video in the full timeline editor with music, captions, branding and animations, then mark the dynamic parts. Everything the editor can do, a template can contain.
-
Text and Media Placeholders
Headlines, names, prices and CTA lines become text placeholders; images and clips become replaceable media slots. Each batch fills them per row while layout and timing stay locked.
-
CSV Bulk Generation
Upload a CSV where columns map to placeholders. EchoWave validates the rows, shows what will render, and queues one video per row through the same cloud pipeline that renders single exports.
-
A Template Hub With Receipts
Every template has a detail page with a visual breakdown of its layers, its usage activity and ready-to-copy API snippets, so the marketing team and the dev team are looking at the same object.
-
Cloud Rendering at Scale
Batches render server-side, so a hundred videos do not occupy your laptop for an afternoon. Finished videos land in your renders library, ready to download or distribute.
-
An API When You Need One
The same placeholder model is exposed over a documented HTTP API: post the field values, get a rendered video. Personalized onboarding clips, dynamic ads and generated social posts plug into any stack. See the developer docs.
How it works
How to generate videos in bulk
From one design to a folder of finished videos.
-
Design the Master Video
Build one video in the EchoWave editor exactly as the batch should look: layout, music, captions, branding, timing.
-
Mark the Placeholders
Turn the changing parts into placeholders: text fields for copy, media slots for images and clips. Save it as a template.
-
Upload Your CSV
Prepare a spreadsheet with one column per placeholder and one row per video, then upload it and map the columns.
-
Render the Batch
EchoWave generates every video in the cloud. Review them in your renders library and download or share the set.
Who uses it
Anywhere the video is the same but the details are not
-
Performance Marketers
Generate ad variants per audience, offer and region, then let the ad platform decide which row wins.
-
Ecommerce Teams
One product-video template plus the catalog export equals a video for every SKU in the store.
-
Agencies
Localize one master spot into every client market: same cut, translated copy, swapped logos, all from one sheet.
-
Real Estate and Listings
Every listing gets its own video with the address, price and photos pulled straight from the feed.
-
Events and Communities
Personalized invites, speaker cards and countdowns, one per guest or session, generated overnight.
-
Developers
Skip the CSV entirely: call the rendering API from your product to generate videos on demand.

Bulk video generation FAQ
How do I generate videos from a CSV?
Build one video in the EchoWave editor, convert its changing parts into placeholders and save it as a template. Then upload a CSV where each column corresponds to a placeholder and each row describes one video. EchoWave maps the columns, renders every row in the cloud and collects the finished videos in your renders library.
What can be a placeholder?
Text elements, headlines, names, prices, captions, and media slots where each row supplies its own image or clip. Everything else in the template, timing, music, animations, branding, stays fixed, which is what keeps a 50-video batch looking like one deliberate campaign.
How should the CSV be structured?
One header row naming your fields, then one row per video. During import you map each CSV column to a template placeholder, so the header names do not have to match exactly. Media columns reference the asset to place in that slot.
How many videos can I generate at once?
Batches are designed for the realistic campaign range, tens of videos per run, and rows queue through EchoWave's cloud render pipeline rather than your machine. For continuous or very high volumes, the rendering API is the better fit since it generates videos on demand instead of in sheets.
Is there an API for video generation?
Yes. The same templates that power CSV batches are callable over a documented HTTP API: send the placeholder values, receive a rendered video. Each template's detail page includes ready-to-copy API snippets, and the full reference lives in the developer docs at echowave.io/docs.
Can the generated videos include captions, music and branding?
Yes. A template is a full editor project, so anything you can build in the editor, animated captions, a music bed, logos, intro and outro cards, carries into every generated video unchanged.
What do the exports look like?
Standard MP4 renders from the same pipeline as regular editor exports, at the resolution your plan allows, up to 4K and beyond on paid tiers. Each video appears individually in your renders library for download.
Is bulk generation free to try?
You can build templates and explore the workflow on the free plan, with free-plan export limits applying to rendered videos. Paid plans remove the watermark, raise resolution and make batch output production-ready.
Ready to render the whole batch?
One template, a CSV, and every variant done by the time coffee is.
